The service
A website and app for preparing for the GMDSS marine radio exam: filmed lessons, an exam-style question bank with explanations, and a radio simulator. It is independent study material. We are not an official authority, we are not affiliated with any government or licensing body, and we do not issue radio certificates. We do not guarantee that you will pass the official exam.
Registration and access
- Some content is free to try without registration.
- Full access is paid, at the price shown on the purchase page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown and charged in the currency stated on the purchase page (US dollars on the English page, Israeli shekels on the Hebrew page).
- After payment you receive a personal access code, sent to the email address you entered. The code is tied to a limited number of devices.
- Access is personal. Do not share, transfer or resell it. An account used abnormally (many devices, or sharing) may be blocked.
Permitted use
The content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, download, record, distribute, publish, translate, sell or make available to any third party the content, questions or videos, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Schools and clubs that want to use the simulator with students need a separate written arrangement with us.
Intellectual property
All rights in the content, the adapted questions, the explanations, the videos, the design and the code are reserved. The questions are based on the official bank where applicable; the adaptation, explanations and videos are our original work.
Payments and invoices
Payment is handled by an external provider (Tranzila). We do not store your payment details. An invoice is issued for every purchase.

Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and as available. We do not promise that the content is free of errors or fully up to date with your national exam syllabus; the binding source is the official publication of your authority. We are not responsible for the result of any official exam or for any use of the radio equipment. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid for access.
Changes
We may update these terms, the content and the price from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. The competent courts in Petah Tikva have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
