Refunds and Cancellation

Cancellation by law

Buying access is a distance sale. You may cancel within 14 days of the purchase, provided you have not started substantial use of the content. On a valid cancellation the payment is refunded, less a cancellation fee as set by Israeli consumer law (up to 5% of the transaction or 100 NIS, whichever is lower).

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email alex@alargov.com with your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and your request. We reply within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Currency

The English course page is priced and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly. We cannot refund currency conversion differences or fees charged by your bank.

The pass guarantee

The "did not pass, money back" guarantee in the Hebrew refund policy applies to the Israeli official exam only, with the conditions set out there. It does not apply to exams in other countries.
